I am German-French. I grew up in France (during my early childhood) and have lived in Germany since the age of 7. After highschool and spending a year in the USA I became a translator and interpreter and have worked at the University of Göttingen and in differents companies in the private sector. I have travelled a lot and have met many different people from different cultures.
My main interests have always been spirituality, psychology, art and music. My path has brought me in contact with Mysticism, Zen, Sufism, Shamanic work and different psychological concepts and psychotherapeutic methods. I also grew up with art and classical music.
If there would be one determinator of all these areas of wisdom and experiences, that connects them all, it would be the heart, the core or the essence of anything that exists. It's the part that can be touched emotionally, it's were we feel love, understanding, compassion, appreciation and connectedness. It's the place where emotional alchemy takes place. It's where hate and pain is transformed into peace. Even the most painful experiences find resolution when hold with the heart unconditionally. An open heart has no resistance and is able to feel even the greatest fear and the most painful and horrific emotions. An open heart also knows about what is best and is able to set boundaries naturally without violence. These are all qualities that enable a profound transformation that are elementary in my work.
At one point in my life it was an inevitable choice to become a therapist with a heart-centered approach to help others on their path to resolve old and unhealthy issues. This means the heart will play an important role in the work with me. It will connect you to yourself and others, and it will help you on your path of love, growth and consciousness.
I love nature and I like to walk barefoot especially through fresh water. I love healthy food and look forward to the wild herbs in spring. I like to be creative and draw mandalas that come freely out of me and bring me in contact with my self. I like to move to music that touches me and opens my heart. I even write my own songs. My favorite season is spring. Every year it is a miracle for me when the tender leaf green comes out, the birds chirp their songs and nature dresses itself in the abundance of flowers. I am grateful for my family, for my partnership and my friends who accompany me on my journey here on earth. I love my work and I can't wish for a more beautiful job than the one I do. Every day I learn to love myself more and more as I am. And I wish this to everyone, because there is nothing more beautiful.
